INDOOR BMX CENTRE
Appleyard & Trew were appointed by Manchester City Council to provide Quantity Surveyor and CDM services for their new Indoor BMX Centre and associated public realm works, located adjacent to the Manchester Velodrome. The new building is 14,350m² and includes a 100m x 70m BMX track, spectator seating areas, areas for riders, officials and media. A newly created link between the Velodrome created space for new reception area, administration offices, café and office accommodation for British Cycling.
