NEW BUILD LEISURE CENTRES
Appleyard & Trew were appointed by Birmingham City Council and Serco Leisure to oversee the Independent Financial Certification and Project Management/Cost Management/Employer’s Agent roles respectively of 4 new build leisure centre construction projects across the City Centre of Birmingham. Centre sites include: Icknield Port Loop (IPL), Erdington, Stechford and Northfield.

STECHFORD LEISURE CENTRE (NOW OPEN)
New build leisure centre including:
• Swimming Pool • Sports Hall • Fitness Suite • Dance Studio • Associated Changing Facilities
This scheme also included the demolition of the existing centre.
