EachStep is a 3-storey, 60nr bedroom extra care home, incorporating a gymnasium, landscaped gardens and courtyard. Building on a long-standing relationship with an award winning architectural practice, Appleyard & Trew are proud to be part of the team that delivered this prominent development.
In addition to a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, EachStep Blackley boasts the design features of open-plan living areas; self-contained households; design for security accreditation; water mist fire suppression system and acoustically insulated glazing.
