Category B fit out providing 75,000 square feet of office space over three floor levels procured through a two stage tender process due to time constraints. Full mechanical, electrical and data installations, an internal steel staircase to connect all floors, agile and cellular working areas, security installations, CCTV and joinery fittings.
All floors were delivered fully furnished and operational at completion.
