The Adelphi Building

Construction of a new state of the art facility of circa 17,000m², spread over seven storeys.  This £35 million scheme was designed to be an iconic ‘Gateway’ to the University’s Peel Park campus, exemplified by the cantilever overhang at the campus entrance.

The new building comprised;

• 350nr seat theatre/auditorium
• Lecture and seminar spaces
• Music ensemble and instructor rooms
• Cafe, restaurant, bar and lounge areas
• Rehearsal spaces
• Feature atriums and green roof
