Ashton Old Baths

Ashton Old Baths

Great to see the Grade II* listed Annex building at Ashton Old Baths being brought back to its former glory. Strip out works are well advanced with original features exposed and retained as part of the project. These works follow the previous successful refurbishment and conversion of the Main Pool Hall Into office hub space.

Gerard Clarke MRICS is providing Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveying services to our valued client Tameside Council on behalf of Appleyard and Trew.

Residential Building Repair Scheme, West London

Another residential repair scheme handed back by Appleyard & Trew llp to residents on last Friday – this time in West London. The temporary external protection was removed last week to reveal the new permanent external facade to the top floor flats. Internal repairs were completed in December 2019. Thanks to the T&B (Contractors) Ltd site team for successfully managing these works during the current Covid 19 distancing restrictions in conjunction with Robson Walsh Llp design input.

Appleyard & Trew Llp were QS and Contract Administrator.
