Ironman / Aspire

Ironman / Aspire

Appleyard and Trew are very proud to be supporting Des Fahy, who has completed The IRONMAN in support of Aspire.

The challenge consists of a huge 2.4 miles (or 160 lengths of a swimming pool) of swimming in the Celtic Sea, followed by a 112 mile bike course heading deep into the rolling Irish countryside, offering a combination of flat and undulating roads (this distance is 5 miles short of cycling the entire length of the M25!), finished with a four-loop 26.22 mile run course to the finish line at Youghal’s buzzing Market Square.

Appleyard and Trew have donated to Des’ chosen charity Aspire who are a national charity that provides practical help to people who have been paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury. You can do the same via JustGiving link www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Des-Fahy00

We are very proud to be supporting Des and his fantastic chosen charity!
