Topsoil is currently being placed on our Whatton Grange landscaping scheme. The project has now reached the stage of laying the stone pathways. There is still a way to go. The external lighting is on order and, with the lawned area, will totally transform this elegant garden into probably one of the best in Nottinghamshire.

Another successful project with the Caravan and Motorhome Club under their framework agreement is almost ready for re-opening. Appleyard and Trew provided Quantity Surveying services on the redevelopment and refurbishment of Penrhos Caravan site, Benllech, Anglesey, North Wales including the demolition and replacement of the toilet/shower block, refurbishment of the Reception building, renewal of mains services, installation of a boosted water pump system, improved bin waste collection facilities and re-tarmacing of defective roads.
Refurbishment of an existing listed coach house to form a Cottage and leisure space for a private client at a Hall in Leicestershire is nearing completion.
