Another successful project with the Caravan and Motorhome Club under their framework agreement is almost ready for re-opening. Appleyard and Trew provided Quantity Surveying services on the redevelopment and refurbishment of Penrhos Caravan site, Benllech, Anglesey, North Wales including the demolition and replacement of the toilet/shower block, refurbishment of the Reception building, renewal of mains services, installation of a boosted water pump system, improved bin waste collection facilities and re-tarmacing of defective roads.
