Heads up: A joint effort getting to the heart of the building at Thackray Museum of Medicine refurbishment this week. All eyes are on the demolition of the central area for new stairs and Bermar are well armed with plenty of muscle on site to help steady the nerves. Needless to say, it will be a hip place to visit and we are already seeing the elbow grease and fruits of the blood, sweat and tears from all involved, getting their teeth stuck into the project. Another visit next week to see how many square feet of masonry has been removed which is in safe hands with Bermar Building Co Ltd

Castle Street, Stalybridge reached Practical Completion last month (16 June 2020) with the handover of Phase 2 which comprises 18 Apartments for sale in two blocks of 12 and 6.

Phase 1 was completed in November 2018 and comprised 38 Apartments for social rent.

The Client is Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group – a longstanding Housing Association Client.

The Depot in Whalley Range, Manchester reached Practical Completion last week with the handover of the fourth and final block of 23 Apartments.

The Masterplan development project included 92 fully furnished apartments for market rent which have now been completed for our client Bowes Street Apartments Ltd.

Great to see the Grade II* listed Annex building at Ashton Old Baths being brought back to its former glory. Strip out works are well advanced with original features exposed and retained as part of the project. These works follow the previous successful refurbishment and conversion of the Main Pool Hall Into office hub space.
