Castle Street, Stalybridge reached Practical Completion last month (16 June 2020) with the handover of Phase 2 which comprises 18 Apartments for sale in two blocks of 12 and 6.

Phase 1 was completed in November 2018 and comprised 38 Apartments for social rent.

The Depot in Whalley Range, Manchester reached Practical Completion last week with the handover of the fourth and final block of 23 Apartments.

The Masterplan development project included 92 fully furnished apartments for market rent which have now been completed for our client Bowes Street Apartments Ltd.

Residential Building Repair Scheme, West London

Another residential repair scheme handed back by Appleyard & Trew llp to residents on last Friday Рthis time in West London. The temporary external protection was removed last week to reveal the new permanent external facade to the top floor flats. Internal repairs were completed in December 2019. Thanks to the T&B (Contractors) Ltd site team for successfully managing these works during the current Covid 19 distancing restrictions in conjunction with Robson Walsh Llp design input.
