New Golf Clubhouse, Northenden

Following a fire that completely destroyed the Golf Clubhouse, Appleyard & Trew were appointed to provide Employer’s Agent and CDM services.  The existing building was demolished before the design and construction of a new build Golf Clubhouse in Northenden. The 2 storey clubhouse provides new locker room accommodation and bar area, with a large function room and kitchen at the first floor level.  A new feature balcony was incorporated at the rear of the building to overlook the 18ᵗʰ green.
