Refurbishment over two floors in an operational building providing 26,000 square feet of office space, creating an agile working space, incorporating a new staircase, additional floor void data, the replacement of the fan coil installation and new lighting and electrical layouts.

New finishings to floors, walls and ceilings with extensive joinery fittings providing a café area, breakout spaces, huddle and town hall areas.

The spaces were fully furnished with a central external atrium space finished with new tiled flooring, outdoor seating, juice bar and a petanque piste.

All floors were delivered fully furnished and operational at completion.

OFFICE FIT OUT Case Study

Broad Gate, Leeds

Yorkshire Building Society took 90,000ft² of office space to accommodate over 800 staff members.  The project comprised the design, management and installation of a complete IT installation, provision of meeting spaces and large meeting rooms, full redecoration, floor finishes and services installations to support a financial institution.

The fit out included full furniture installations providing a modern working environment over three levels.   The work was carried out whilst other floors were occupied and concurrent with a separate fit out of another floor.

OFFICE Fit Out Case Study

New Head Office, Wythenshawe

A bespoke owner occupied New Head Office building, comprising over 33,000ft² of accommodation over 3 storeys.  Previously occupied land was demolished and construction of the new offices were based around a steel frame structure with brick and stone elevational treatment, aluminium curtain walling system, air conditioned internal environment with bespoke Client’s finishes.  A feature glazed atria provides the main circulation space for the building which also provides for break-out space for the building occupants on the upper levels.

All designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
