HILL HOUSE

The Hill House project comprised of the redevelopment of a 1960’s office building into a mixed-use residential and retail building. The tower and podium were stripped back to the concrete frame and 2 additional storeys were added.

In total there was 154 residential units and 9,400ft2 of new retail space which has been leased by Marks & Spencer. The project was procured using a negotiated Design & Build contract with a separate demolition and main contractor.

Partington Shopping Centre

The redevelopment of this local community centre included the demolition of the existing retail units prior to the construction of 9 new build retail shell units with commercial accommodation, a new surface level public car park and Village Square market area. A new service road was built to access a secure yard to units 7, 8 and 9. Works also included the diversion of existing utility infrastructure, public sewer and stopping up of the existing highway. The scheme was enhanced with newly landscaped areas forming the Village Green.

New build retail shell development approximately 9,000ft² with customer car parking and service vehicle access, new incoming utility services and drainage connection. This project saw the regeneration of a former petrol filling station that was decommissioned in 1999.
